Btw, I do mean waiting, simply due to the fact they have been just a little crumbly directly out of the oven, but after I waited just a little and via way of the time seconds got here around, they have been all nice man.

INGREDIENTS
1 medium white candy potato
2 big eggs
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons tapioca flour
2 tablespoons golden flax meal
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup blueberries fresh
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners or grease with coconut oil.
Chop candy potato into 1/2" rounds. In a meals processor mix candy potato chunks till minced.
Add relaxation of foods to the meals processor (except blueberries) and mix till smooth, then stir in blueberries via way of hand- you may reserve half the blueberries to sprinkle on ideal earlier than baking, in case you like.
