PORK ADOBO

Filipino Pork Adobo
I simply currently discovered that I actually haven't shared any regular Filipino beef adobo recipe yet. I was stunned simply due to the fact I grew up consuming other types of adobo, a few of which have been Filipino Pork Adobo with Tofu and Oyster Sauce and the Chinese version: Braised Pork in Soy Sauce. Traditional beef adobo consists simply of garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaf, flooring pepper and water. Typically, the beef is simmered first in mentioned meals till gentle after which tired and browned earlier than serving with the sauce. In this recipe, I moved clear of the standard method via browning the beef items first. I then further the relaxation of the meals and permit the combination simmer till the beef meat was tender. I like my meat tremendous gentle so I permit it simmer longer, at the very least 45 minutes. I also want to make use of darkish soy sauce on this dish to offer the beef a darker color. After 45 minutes of simmering, the beef meat was dark, gentle and really tasty. The addition of honey on the stop made it style even better. Yummy!
