Korean Beef Power Bowls - With the simplest Korean beef, shredded cabbage, caramelized kimchi, avocado slices, and the greatest ever Sriracha mayo. SO SO BOMB.
This has heavily been my go-to bowls all summer time long!

And yes, for these of you wondering, Chiberia has officially transitioned into the hottest summer time ever. So hot, we took Butters to the greatest ever corgi pool pawty to cool off!
But apart from child corgis, shark fin life vests, and floating corgi butts, do we speak about these bomb energy bowls?
Sitting on a bed of farro, we've everyone’s favourite Korean red meat made with crumbled floor red meat (but you possibly can change floor turkey or chook in the event you prefer), caramelized kimchi, shredded cabbage, and avocado slices drizzled with my favourite Sriracha mayo.
If you've got a decrease tolerance for warmth but love love Sriracha, I might upload a bit less, and upload more, to taste.
You may make this forward of time and cling off at the avocado slices to make this the proper meal prep for the complete week. That’s simply what I did for the final 2 weeks!
