I also desire you guys had a GREAT weekend!  Mine was a really nice blend of work, relaxation, and household time.  It was not, however, a nice blend of train until you rely strolling Nala.

Healthy Breakfast Quesadilla
This Healthy Breakfast Quesadilla is crammed with spinach, cheddar, and egg whites for a tasty filling wholesome breakfast!

Ingredients
Cooking spray
1/2 cup spinach
¾ cup liquid egg whites
1- ounce cheddar shredded or sliced
1 to rtilla for GF I use Trader Joe’s Brown Rice
sprinkle garlic salt
sprinkle onion powder
sprinkle black pepper

Instructions
Place a medium measurement non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Spray the pan with cooking spray (I desire avocado oil) and upload ½ cup recent spinach to the pan.  Sauté the spinach till it's wilted. 
Once the spinach is wilted, then pour the liquid egg whites over the spinach, sprinkle with onion powder, garlic salt, and black pepper. DO NOT STIR EGGS.  I discovered it simpler to make the eggs, omelet style.  Once they're nearly set, fold one area over the different and proceed cooking till they're completely set.  You can flip them if one area begins to brown too a lot earlier than they're completed the cooking.  If you destroy them, it’s okay, simply attempt to preserve them in as enormous of items as possible, this makes them simpler to consume within the quesadilla.

Recipe Notes
