Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 shallot, minced
1 big garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup brandy
1 cup red meat stock
1 1/2 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp dijon mustard

Instructions
Place oil, shallot, and garlic in a medium sized skillet and warmth on medium low for 2 minutes to soften.
Carefully upload the brandy so it would now not flame and simmer for 1 minute. Then, upload the meat inventory and peppercorns and deliver to a low boil for four minutes to rather cut back the liquid.
