Cooking spray 1 1/4 teaspoons coarsely flooring black pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt four (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 3/4 inch thick) 1/4 cup fat-free, less-sodium chook broth 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar four teaspoons darkish brown sugar 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 1/4 cup diagonally sliced inexperienced onions

How to Make It
Step 1
