  • 3/4 cup Baby peas, frozen
  • 1/2 Lemon, zest of large
  • 1/2 cup Mint, leaves
  • 1 Spring onion
Condiments
  • 1/3 cup Egg mayonnaise, good quality
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
Baking & Spices
  • 1 Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Dairy
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
