- 1/2 Lemon, zest of large
- 1/2 cup Mint, leaves
- 1 Spring onion

- 1/3 cup Egg mayonnaise, good quality
- 1/2 tsp Honey
Baking & Spices
- 1 Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Dairy
