BBQ Pork Skewers in a sticky, sweet, and spicy Filipino style BBQ marinade. This grilled pork is one of my favorite things to grill on the barbecue.

Ingredients

Meat

• 4 Pork chops, thick cut boneless

Produce

• 3 Garlic cloves
• 1/4 cup Onion

Condiments

• 1/4 cup Ketchup
• 2 tsp Lemon juice
• 1/4 cup Soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp Sriracha

Baking & Spices

• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 1/4 cup Brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
• 1/4 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

• 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

Drinks

• 1/3 cup Coca-cola

Other

• 4 Large skewers
