Sweet & Spicy Tofu #vegan #vegetarian I am on such a tofu kick on the moment. I can’t trust I ever used to dislike it! It picks up flavours so well, making it the right aspect on this flavour-packed recipe.

This dish is spicy, sweet, fresh, zingy and faded but satisfying. A meal higher for Spring/Summer. It’s also very primary and primary to make!

Serve with noodles, rice or cauliflower rice (for a decrease carb option). You too can throw some veggies in there similar to red pepper and tenderstem broccoli.

I was impressed to create this recipe after Robinsons despatched me some bottles in their new Crushed Lime & Mint Fruit Cordial. They requested me to arise with a dish to praise those flavours and this tofu dish does simply that!

The recent lime and mint cuts via the spicy, earthiness and delicate sweetness, giving a fresher, zingy flavour. I selected this flavour from their vary as I needed to create anything faded and peak for the spring and summer time months and those foods create such a refreshing aroma that it makes me lengthy for sunnier days (which are hopefully on their method very soon…)

Addictive bites of tofu, crispy on the backyard and smooth within the middle, with a candy spicy flavour. Perfect served with rice or noodles (or cauliflower rice for a low carb option!) 

Ingredients
4 tbsp vegetable oil
200 g extra-firm tofu, tired and pat dry
3 spring onions, sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar , or balsamic vinegar
To serve
1 lime
1 bunch of recent mint, roughly chopped

Instructions
Add the oil to a huge skillet and wear a excessive heat.
Meanwhile, make certain the extra liquid has been tired out of your tofu block and cut into 1 inch cubes.

Serve with rice (use cauliflower rice for a low carb diet) or noodles. Scatter recent chopped mint on higher and a squeeze of lemon juice.
