MINI MEATLOAF MUFFINS

Easy Mini Meatloaf Muffins are made with flooring pork or flooring turkey and topped with a delicious meatloaf sauce. They are simpler and fitter than ordinary meatloaf.

MINI MEATLOAF MUFFINS
My mother made us meatloaf in a muffin tin at all times whilst I was a kid. It’s so yummy cooked this method and it’s also method simpler to make and quicker to cook dinner the normal meatloaf! MEATLOAF MUFFINS IN 5 EASY STEPS:
Combine meatloaf ingredients. In a big blending bowl (using your fingers or a big spoon), combine flooring beef, breadcrumbs, onion, barbecue sauce, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and egg.
Press into muffin tins. Divide the pork amongst the 12 cups in a easy muffin tin, urgent them down to fill the cup.

1/2 cup onion , chopped
1 Tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly flooring black pepper
1 egg , calmly beaten
Meatloaf sauce:
1/3 cup faded brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon flooring nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 tiers F.
