Set oven to Broil at 500 tiers F (260 tiers C).
Sprinkle tenderloins throughout with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Wrap each one filet with bacon, and safe with a toothpick. Place on a broiling pan, and broil to wanted doneness, about 8 to 10 minutes per part for medium rare.
While tenderloins are cooking, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium warmth with 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay(R) seasoning. Stir in chopped lobster meat, and prepare dinner till done. Spoon lobster meat over cooked tenderloins, and return them to the broiler till the lobster meat starts to brown.
While the lobster is within the oven, warmth the final 1/4 cup of butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, prepare dinner till it browns, turning the colour of a hazelnut. To serve, spoon the browned butter over the steaks, and sprinkle with the final Old Bay(R) seasoning.
