Ingredients
For the Fatteh
1 15 oz can chickpeas rinsed/drained
1 huge Arabic pita bread cut into items (toasted with olive oil, salt and pepper)
2 Tbsp additional virgin olive oil divided
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 lb boneless/skinless fowl breast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
2-3 Tbsp recent chopped parsley
For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
1 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp coarse salt
30 oz low-fat plain yogurt

Instructions
In a huge bowl, upload the rinsed/drained chickpeas.
Toss the Arabic bread items with olive oil, salt and pepper and toast till golden brown, then move to the bowl of chickpeas.
In a huge pan, warmth 1 Tbsp olive oil and toast the pine nuts till golden brown, then move to the bowl of chickpeas and toasted pita.
In the identical pan, warmth the rest 1 Tbsp olive oil; upload the fowl breast to the pan and season with the garlic powder, coriander, thyme, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook till the juices run clear.

Then shred the fowl and upload to the bowl containing the special items. (You too can boil the fowl and shred it, but I desire it sauteed).
Add the recent chopped parsley to the bowl with the special ingredients.
In a small sauce pan, warmth the olive oil, then upload the minced garlic and coarse sea salt and gently combine the flavors utilizing a wood spoon.
Pour the yogurt into the sauce pan and stir gently for 5 minutes over medium warmth till it turns into warm and liquid-like. You don't desire the yogurt sauce to boil.
Pour the yogurt sauce over the bowl containing the chickpeas, toasted pita, toasted pine nuts, fowl and parsley.
Garnish with olive oil, additional parsley and toasted pita, for the ones who desire. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes
Storage:  Store any leftovers in an hermetic container. They will final about 3-4 days within the fridge. For greatest results, shop the yogurt separate from the special ingredients, incredibly the fried bread
Vegetarian Option: If you desire to make this a vegetarian meal, my favourite change is to make use of eggplant. Cut a huge eggplant into 1-inch cubes, toss it in a baking sheet with olive oil, salt and pepper. You can upload special spices too. then bake in a preheated oven at 475°F till the eggplant is browned and tender, about 25 minutes.
Substitutes: You can use greek yogurt, but I could suggest watering it down with a few water to get a additional liquid consistency
