INGREDIENTS
4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2" strips
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. flooring beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. flooring cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. paprika

2 c. low-sodium pork broth
1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes
4 bell peppers, sliced in half
2 c. shredded cheddar
2 tbsp. thinly sliced inexperienced onions
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°. In a big pot over medium heat, upload bacon and prepare dinner till crispy, 8 minutes. Drain on a paper towel–lined plate.
Add onion to pot and prepare dinner till soft, 5 minutes. Add pork and cook, breaking up meat with a wood spoon till now not pink, 7 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
