For the Korean Beef Bowl:
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs lean floor beef
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp contemporary ginger, minced
1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp beaten red pepper flakes
Additional Toppings:
1 cucumber, sliced
