Ingredients
Dry ingredients
1 cup all aim flour
1 cup yellow corn meal
3 tablepsoons sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Wet ingredients
1 egg, flippantly beaten
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup milk
Additional ingredients
8 hot dogs, every sliced into 8 pieces
1/4 cup all aim flour
vegetable or corn oil for frying
Instructions
Pour vegetable or corn oil right into a dutch oven or big saucepan, till it involves about 2-inches in height. Place pan over medium-high heat. Make corn puppy batter whereas the oil in heating.
Whisk all dry meals in a big bowl and all rainy meals in a small bowl. Add rainy into dry and whisk to get a thick batter, set aside.
