BELGIAN WAFFLE:
Belgian waffles are identical to vintage waffles, besides that they have deeper wallet on account of being made in a Belgian Waffle Maker.  Belgian waffles also are very pale and airy inside.  Traditionally this was on account of them being made with yeast.  Generally within the present day they're made with baking powder, like in my recipe.  In order to hold the waffles light, we beat the egg whites separately from the yolks, then, fold them into the batter on the end.

Because of the fundamental texture difference, you can't use pancake batter to make those waffles!

In the image beneath you'll be able to see how basic it's to make your Belgian waffle batter.  First, you'll whisk collectively your dry ingredients.

Beat your egg whites of their bowl till stiff peaks form.  Then, use a spatula to fold the egg whites into the batter.  It’s ok if the batter is just a little lumpy, don’t over stir.
