3–4 tbsp olive oil (substitute avocado oil)
1 lb bird cutlets

1 cup bird broth
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a big deep pan, warmth 3 tbsp of oil on medium heat.
Add the salt and pepper to the bird cutlets on equally facets and dredge in arrowroot starch till absolutely coated.
