Ingredients
One 10-ounce bundle sliced nation ham, similar to Smithfield
Two 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 big shallot, grated (about 1/3 cup)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
