Vietnamese-Style #Meatballs #with #Chili #Sauce
My husband calls these Vietnamese-style meatballs "flavor bombs." Serve them over rice for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

- 3/4 lb 85% lean ground beef, lean
- 3/4 lb Ground pork

- 3 tbsp Cilantro, fresh leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
- 2 tsp Lime, zest
- 3 tbsp Mint, fresh
- 1/2 cup Peanuts, unsalted
- 3 Scallions
Refrigerated
- 2 Eggs, large
Condiments
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce, Asian
- 5 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
Baking & Spices
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Bread & Baked Goods
- 1 cup Panko
