The popular Seekh kabab made vegetarian. These veg kabab are incredibly delicious and very easy to make at home.

Ingredients
∙ Serves 6
Produce
- 1/2 cup Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Carrot
- 2 tbsp Cilantro or coriander, leaves
- 1 tsp Coriander, powder
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 cup Green beans
- 1 Green chili
- 1/2 cup Green peas
- 1 Lemon, wedges
- 2 tbsp Mint, leaves
- 1/4 cup Onion
Condiments
- 1 Coriander chutney, Green
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Baking & Spices
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 2 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 Oil
Bread & Baked Goods
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
Snacks
- 1 Onion rings
Other
- 2 tablespoons Besan (Gram flour)
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 2 Medium or 1 ½ cups potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed (tightly packed))
