Veg #Kabab #Recipe #(Veg #Seekh #Kabab

The popular Seekh kabab made vegetarian. These veg kabab are incredibly delicious and very easy to make at home.

Ingredients
∙ Serves 6
Produce
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro or coriander, leaves
  • 1 tsp Coriander, powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Green beans
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 1 Lemon, wedges
  • 2 tbsp Mint, leaves
  • 1/4 cup Onion
Condiments
  • 1 Coriander chutney, Green
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Oil
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
Snacks
  • 1 Onion rings
Other
  • 2 tablespoons Besan (Gram flour)
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2 Medium or 1 ½ cups potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed (tightly packed))
