Spicy #Beef #Vindaloo
This beef vindaloo recipe is always a popular curry dish. My version is wonderfully spicy, though you can easily adjust the heat and spice to your preference.

Ingredients
Gluten free, Paleo
∙ Serves 6
Meat
- 2 lbs Beef chuck
Produce
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 Onion, small
- 2 tbsp Red chili flakes, spicy
- 2 Serrano peppers
Canned Goods
- 2 cups Beef stock
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Condiments
- 1 tsp Mustard powder
Baking & Spices
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Oils & Vinegars
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup White wine vinegar
Nuts & Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
