This Quorn Burger Recipe is lower in calories and fat than the average burger, full of flavour and a great way to eat less meat through the week.

  • 175 g Quorn meat free mince
Produce
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 handful Rocket
  • 2 Shallots
Refrigerated
  • 1 Egg
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Pesto, Vegetarian
Baking & Spices
  • 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 2 Brioche buns
  • 1 slice Wholemeal bread
Dairy
  • 4 tbsp 0% greek yoghurt
  • 4 slices Mozzarella, Light
