This Quorn Burger Recipe is lower in calories and fat than the average burger, full of flavour and a great way to eat less meat through the week.

- 2 handful Rocket
- 2 Shallots

Condiments
- 2 tbsp Pesto, Vegetarian
Baking & Spices
- 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper
Bread & Baked Goods
- 2 Brioche buns
- 1 slice Wholemeal bread
Dairy
- 4 tbsp 0% greek yoghurt
- 4 slices Mozzarella, Light
