Pork #Parmigiana #Burger
Using all the elements of the classic veal parmigiana, we have remixed this favourite Italian-American dish and taken it outdoors to the barbecue by making a juicy pork burger topped with a zesty tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and parmigiano reggiano.

Ingredients

- 5 tbsp Basil, fresh
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 can Italian tomatoes, whole
- 1 Onion, small
- 1/2 tsp Red chili pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Thyme, fresh
Refrigerated
- 1 Egg, large
Condiments
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
Baking & Spices
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Bread & Baked Goods
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
- 4 Burger buns
Dairy
- 100 g Buffalo mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano reggiano, grated
Other
- 1lb duBreton Extra Lean Organic Ground Pork
