• 1 tsp Better than bouillon chicken base

Produce

• 3 Green onions
• 1 1/2 lbs Potatoes

Baking & Spices

• 1/4 cup Flour
• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 3/4 tsp Salt

Dairy

• 1/4 cup Butter
• 1/2 cup Cheddar, grated medium or sharp
• 4 cups Milk
• 1/2 cup Sour cream
