Crispy panko chicken burger with a delicious honey mustard sauce beats all the chicken burgers out there. The panko makes for an extra crispy bread crumb and the chicken is just so juicy.

Ingredients

• 2 Chicken breast

• 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
• 1 Lettuce or spinach
• 1 tsp Onion powder
• 1 Pickled jalapenos or cucumbers
• 1 1/4 tsp Powdered garlic

• 1 Egg, large

Condiments

• 2 tbsp Honey
• 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Mustard, grainy

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 cup All purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 2 tsp Paprika, smoked
• 1 tsp Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 Salt after frying
• 2 Salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup Whole wheat flour

Oils & Vinegars

• 3 cups Oil

Bread & Baked Goods

• 1 Burger buns
• 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

Dairy

• 1/2 cup Buttermilk/kulturmelk

Other

• 1/4 cup Orange marmelade
