Copycat Shake Sauce. A homemade version of Shake Shack's special sauce to try on our version of their famous Smoke Shack Burger.

Ingredients

∙ Makes 6 burgers

Meat

• 2 lbs Angus beef (chuck/blade roast), ground
• 1/2 lb Bacon

Produce

• 1/4 tsp Chipotle

Condiments

• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp Ketchup
• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, plain
• 1 tbsp Pickle, juice
• 1/4 cup Sweet pickles

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 cup Cherry peppers
• 1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked

Bread & Baked Goods

• 6 Kaiser rolls

Dairy

• 4 tbsp Butter
• 6 slices Cheese
