Ingredients

∙ Makes 4 burgers

Meat

• 1 lb Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
• 1 lb Chicken meat broken up into small pieces, stewed

Produce

• 1/4 cup Baby carrots, sweet
• 1/4 cup Baby peas, frozen sweet
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1/4 cup Celery
• 6 tbsp Green onion
• 1 Lettuce, leaves
• 1/4 tsp Powdered garlic
• 1/4 tsp Rosemary, ground powder

Refrigerated

• 1 Egg, large
• 1 Egg yolk

Condiments

• 4 tsp Horseradish, hot
• 1 tbsp Mayo, regular
• 1/2 cup Mayo
• 1 tbsp Mustard such as gulden's, spicy brown

Baking & Spices

• 1/4 cup Flour
• 4 tbsp Minerva dairy amish butter with sea salt
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp White pepper

Bread & Baked Goods

• 1 Brioche buns
• 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs, dried

Dairy

• 1/2 cup Cabot seriously sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 1/2 cups Whole milk
