Bhuna #Keema

A rich and delicious accompaniment to pav/pao (dinner rolls), chapathis, roti, naan or pulao.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef or mutton mince
Produce
  • 2 Chili pepper, green
  • 1/2 cup Coriander, leaves
  • 1 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
  • 2 Onions, big
  • 2 Tomatoes, medium-sized
Canned Goods
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
Condiments
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
Baking & Spices
  • 1 Cardamom, black
  • 1 1- inch stick Cinnamon
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 6 Peppercorns
  • 1 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/2 cup Oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
