Bhuna #Keema
A rich and delicious accompaniment to pav/pao (dinner rolls), chapathis, roti, naan or pulao.

Ingredients

- 500 g Beef or mutton mince

- 2 Chili pepper, green
- 1/2 cup Coriander, leaves
- 1 1 inch piece Ginger
- 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
- 2 Onions, big
- 2 Tomatoes, medium-sized
Canned Goods
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
Condiments
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
- 1 tsp Lime juice
Baking & Spices
- 1 Cardamom, black
- 1 1- inch stick Cinnamon
- 4 Cloves
- 1 1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 6 Peppercorns
- 1 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
- 1/2 cup Oil
Nuts & Seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
