2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup warm water (about 95 F)
1/4 cup milk¹ (room temperature)
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
peanut oil
cinnamon sugar
honey

INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, warm water, milk, and vegetable oil collectively to type a sticky dough.
