Pan Fried Cod Fish Recipe



INGREDIENTS
2–3 cod fillets
1/2 tsp salt
some pepper
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp olive oil or canola oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Wash your recent or thawed fillets below recent chilly water and dry them with a paper towel.
Heat oil in a frying pan. (The pan have to be actually hot)
Mix flour with salt and pepper on a plate.
Once the pan is virtually hot, turn the cod within the flour combination and tap the extra off. (It have to be in simple terms a pale dusting of flour!)
Fry cod in hot oil at medium warmth till golden – 2-4 minutes per side. (Resist the temptation to transfer it and switch it in simple terms 1 time to evade fish from falling apart)

NOTES
For a lean meal serve it with a big combined salad or a few steamed vegetables.
