WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
salted butter
long grain rice
yellow onion
celery
salt, pepper and garlic powder
vegetable oil
bone-in pork chops
beef stock
Worcestershire sauce (optional)
pork chops, rice, celery, onion, red meat broth, worcestershire sauce

HOW TO MAKE COUNTRY PORK CHOPS AND RICE:
Preheat oven to 425F degrees. In a big skillet over medium-high heat, upload in butter till it begins to melt, then upload in rice alongside with celery and onion.

Stir and prepare dinner till rice begins to brown quite and onion and celery soften only a bit. Then placed rice combination into backside of 9×13 baking dish. Pour red meat broth over rice. Also upload in Worcestershire sauce (if using).

Using that similar skillet, over excessive heat, upload in a pair tbsp. vegetable oil. Season equally facets of pork chops calmly with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place 2 pork chops in skillet at a time and brown equally sides.

Updated to add: You can use 3 1/2 cups of water with four red meat bouillon cubes rather of the meat stock. Some of us felt that extra liquid was had to absolutely prepare dinner the rice so I even have adjusted the recipe from 3 cups to a few 1/2 cups. Adjust as needed.
