If you've got toasted nori (seaweed), cut it into thin strips.

ingredients
8 –12 ounces further agency tofu

2 Tablespoons Honey ( or agave or sugar)
1 1/2 teaspoons Bragg Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
Garnish – 2 small sheets roasted seaweed, sliced into thin strips (optional)
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
NOTES: I love Trader Joe’s natural Sprouted Tofu, or fairly sense loose to exchange salmon or chicken, searing within the pan and finishing within the oven, including the sauce after.

Drain and blot tofu with paper towels and cut into half inch thick pieces. Blot again.
Heat oil in a big skillet over medium heat.
Add salt, pepper and smashed garlic, straight within the skillet. Swirl and train dinner for 1-2 minutes till the garlic is fragrant.
Sear tofu till golden brown, over medium heat, about 5 minutes every side.

If you're keen on your tofu further crispy, dredge in cornstarch earlier than searing for further crunch.
