Ingredients
1/2 lb boneless skinless chook thighs or breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup recent broccoli florets
2 flour tortilla wraps 8-10 inches wide
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Season chook thighs with onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Add chook to the skillet and prepare dinner till golden, about 3-4 minutes; set aside.
In a steamer set over boiling water, steam broccoli, covered, till crisp-tender, 4-5 minutes.
In the heart of every tortilla wrap, unfold the sour cream evenly, then upload the chicken, broccoli and cheese. Bring the backside edge of the wrap tightly over the filling, folding within the sides, then roll till you every the ideal of the wrap.
Add the NULL wraps to a panini seam part down, and press gently for about 3-4 minutes, till golden brown and the cheese has melted. (You too can use a grill pan)
