Tourtière, also known as pork pie or meat pie, is a combination of ground meat, onions, spices, and herbs baked in a traditional piecrust.

Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp Bells poultry seasoning
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 lb Ground pork

- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Onion, small
- 2 Potatoes, large
Refrigerated
- 1 Egg
Baking & Spices
- 2 cups All purpose flour, unbleached
- 2/3 cup Butter or lard
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 tsp Cloves, ground
- 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Liquids
- 6 tbsp Water
