Smoked #Lamb #Burgers
A simple recipe for smoked lamb burgers with a rosemary aioli sauce and pickled onions. Includes instructions on how to smoke meat on a simple Weber Kettle Grill.

- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
Baking & Spices
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Pepper, freshly ground
- 1 Pepper, Fresh ground
- 1/2 tbsp Peppercorns, whole
- 1 1/2 tbsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 cup Apple cider vinegar
Dairy
- 4 slices Havarti cheese
Liquids
