'Knock #Your #Socks #Off' #Tailgate #Burgers

A hearty burger, this awesome version features a juicy burger on a Worcestershire and butter glazed pretzel roll, topped with a creamy mushroom sauce and smothered in melted pepper jack cheese.

Ingredients

∙ Serves 6

Meat

• 1 lb Ground beef

Produce

• 2 tbsp Garlic or 4 garlic cloves
• 8 oz Mushrooms
• 1/2 cup White onion

Canned Goods

• 1/2 cup Beef broth

Condiments

• 1 2/3 tbsp Worcester sauce

Baking & Spices

• 1 tbsp Cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 2 tsp Poppy seeds
• 1/2 tsp Salt

Bread & Baked Goods

• 1 Mayonnaise to spread over the inside of the rolls

Dairy

• 11 tbsp Butter
• 1/2 cup Heavy cream
• 6 slices Pepper jack cheese

Other

• 6 Full-size of 12 mini pretzel rolls
